Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 15, 2025 · Last Updated: March 15, 2025
Radiancy Health, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Lightwork Solutions Financial Force Program ("Application"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when authorized users access the Application. By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This Application is an internal business intelligence tool used exclusively by authorized personnel of Radiancy Health, LLC and its affiliated entities. It is not a consumer-facing product and is not intended for use by the general public.
1. Information We Collect
The Application collects and processes the following categories of information:
a. Authentication Information
User identity is verified through the Manus OAuth system. We store a user identifier, name, and email address to manage access permissions. We do not store passwords.
b. Financial Data (via QuickBooks Online)
With your authorization, the Application accesses QuickBooks Online data including profit and loss reports, balance sheet data, accounts receivable aging, and expense categorizations. This data is retrieved in real time and displayed within the Application. We store OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens to maintain the connection; we do not store raw financial records beyond what is necessary for dashboard display and caching.
c. Integration Credentials
API keys, OAuth tokens, and connection metadata for third-party integrations (QuickBooks Online, Kipu EMR, Availity, Plaid, Dazos CRM, Google Ads, Meta Marketing, Sobriety Hub) are stored in encrypted form. These credentials are used solely to retrieve data on behalf of Radiancy Health, LLC.
d. Usage and Activity Logs
The Application logs integration sync events, connection test results, and error messages for operational monitoring and debugging purposes. These logs do not contain patient health information (PHI).
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information exclusively for the following purposes:
- Providing real-time financial reporting and business intelligence dashboards;
- Maintaining and monitoring connections to third-party data sources;
- Authenticating authorized users and managing access control;
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with integrations;
- Improving the Application's functionality and reliability.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
3. QuickBooks Online Data
The Application uses the Intuit QuickBooks Online API to access financial data. Our use of QuickBooks data is limited to displaying financial metrics within the Application for internal business analysis. We do not modify, delete, or write data back to QuickBooks. We do not share QuickBooks data with any third party other than as necessary to operate the Application.
Our use and transfer of information received from Intuit APIs adheres to the Intuit API Usage Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored in encrypted environment variables and a secured database. We implement industry-standard security practices including TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, and regular security monitoring.
The Application does not store Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Clinical data accessed through Kipu EMR is retrieved in real time for display purposes only and is not persisted in the Application's database.
5. Data Retention
Integration sync logs are retained for 90 days for operational monitoring purposes. OAuth tokens are retained until the integration is disconnected or the token is revoked. User account information is retained for the duration of the user's authorized access and deleted upon account termination upon request.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application integrates with the following third-party services. Each service's own privacy policy governs the data you share with them directly:
